Reliance Industries backed Multi System Operator (MSO) DEN Networks Limited on Saturday in a BSE filing stated that it would be moving its registered office from Delhi to Mumbai with immediate effect. DEN Networks board has approved the shifting of the registered office.
DEN in its filing stated that after the approval of the Regional Director, Northern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs which has confirmed the alteration in registered office clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company, the board of directors of DEN Networks has approved the shifting of the registered office of the company.
The registered office will shift from “236, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase III, New Delhi -110020” to “Unit No.116, 1st floor, C Wing, Bldg. No. 2, Kailas Industrial Complex, L.B.S. Marg, Park Site, Vikhroli(West), Mumbai-400079” with immediate effect.
The moving of DEN Networks registered office is a significant move as DEN Networks, Hathway Cable and Datacom, and Network18 Group will have their bases set in Mumbai. Hathway and Network18 Group have their registered offices in Mumbai.
