Amidst the lockdown, it is business as usual for GTPL Hathway as the Gujarat headquartered cable television operator has revamped its customer website. GTPL’s website now has new paint and a better user interface (UI) making it user friendly.
The website now has a slick UI that is engaging and interactive. More importantly, from a customer perspective, the website is now more easy to browse. Compared to earlier, one can easily locate plans and other relevant details.
The website has a white background now with colourful elements all over the pages. GTPL customers residing in different cities can easily view plans in respective cities by changing by city from the header. Earlier, GTPL only explicitly listed Gujarat plans.
The website also carried a lot of old outdated data which is now update to the latest data. Listing of plans have been revamped for the ease of users. Broadcaster bouquets, GTPL recommended packages, Set-top box prices, a-la-carte listings, broadband plans among others are displayed in an user friendly manner.
The revamp seems to have happened in the last 4-5 days with website listings showing 29th April as the date of uploading many documents. The new website is powered by Adit Microsys, an offshore web development company which offers a range of services.
