Hope less to discuss about new hd channels in airtel.disappointing all the time.

Someone please share how to manually upgrade software of new hevc box.

You called south customer care...Becuase customer care sometimes don't have information about the existing HD Channels

Switch on tv and stb.
While channel running turn off stb power (don't switch off using remote just cut the power).
Then turn on box.
You will see Please Wait Initializing ....... press 2465 immediately and you will see some numbers press ok.
The software will start downloading.
