Oo then i am sorry i have updated till 61 only yesterday can you please share screen shot, so that i can raise an issue with Airtel

Try to do manually.
1 remove power pin from stb
2 hold power button
3 plugin power pin ( hold power butten for some time)

I will also try now.

This upgrade is for Android boxes only.
If you have Android box, go to Settings=>Android settings=>about=>update.
If still you are not getting update. Do a factory reset and try again.

If you have tried this, call to Cc and request them.
