• Dangal is a proof that DDFD is the king. It is very gladdening/heartening to know that a small channel from a small network has made it this big in the BARC ratings scale. Now it is time for the Enterr10 network to boost promotions of its other channels, Enterr10, Fakt Marathi and Bhojpuri Cinema (in particular, Enterr10 should show more classic Hindi movies instead of teleshopping).
• Also I am surprised that Big Magic despite being owned by Zee (a big commercial network) is still running on DDFD.
• Finally, the tweets posted by Salil Sand show a huge gap between Star Plus and the other Hindi GECs; in particular, Zee TV has very low ratings according to him. Yet the BARC ratings show Zee TV not so far behind Star Plus. Why?

Dangal is a really good channel, just bcoz its name is derived from a rooted hindi word this by no means make it anyway inferior to others. We Indians need to change this mentality specially more so in northern parts where we dislike words from our own language & think english is cool. I find it absurd when spanish or even japanese songs gain huge fanbase despite not understanding a word but if one tunes into some indian regional folk or classical music then he or she is tagged old fashioned & made fun of.

I like Bollywood Movies from past decades which had strong focus on values, family relations, etc. but even i face such mockery my from those around me on many occassions. High time we take off fake masks we have put to fit ourselves somehow in tune with the times, the day we become true to our identity & customs world will appreciate & respect our traditions, language, culture etc

Salil only gives urban grp not U+R(urban+rural) grp.....so thats y there is huge diff in star & zee in salil tweet
