Your STB Is Very Different i means Same to Same As DishTv Box and
In TV Screen Only Logo d2h written Videocon words Removed
I think may be in future all STB and Screen Logo's in TV Only d2h written

yes different compare to any d2h stbs. I have used d2h hd2244, hd556-b, hd6666 but all got replaced . Let see how long this new stb works. Personally i very much liked d2h sd model 1011 it was big black stb with universal remote.

We all know that d2h has been performing rather badly on all fronts including financial gains but at least they should take care of basic things like mentioning name and price of channels properly on EPG.

Despite having ample space on EPG Channel Name Header they have written incomplete names of many channels, for example look at LCN 497 which is Peace Of Mind channel where they have omitted last 2 letters of "Mind" although many alphabets could have fitted in there. Just take the guide few steps ahead to LCN 500 which is Kids Active Toons, it is a longer name than the previous one quoted by me but d2h has mentioned this in full. I cannot give any name to such mistakes but sheer carelessness or unwillingness to put in proper efforts (may be bcoz salaries aren't adequate or getting delayed).

Also d2h customer care is unresponsive across mediums. While calls on customer care hardly connect to executive or even it does then they r unable to understand or resolve issue. Even on social media template response us given after a pause but no follow up done. If u send mail then too there is zero revert back.

Sad seeing this, once d2h was outshining tata sky but looks like even Independent TV might be providing better experience than this
