According to me ADTV offer is good. Why pay more for same PQ and AQ? Ya less HD is enough. Difference is that Tata Sky give free Dish antenna and wire too.

I think both are same.

Few channels(Sun networks - sun tv hd) in Tatasky have dolby digital plus audio , but from broadcaster it is not dolby digital plus. Whether tatasky convert the audio & telecasting.
