Today I got the same. I asked the technician when he asked me the address. I told him which set top box are you bringing I will accept only technicolor HEVC HD he said yes I have the same installed I got 2 months value Prime pack with two months magic HD and 3 months recording top up. my just one query about it can we record by using backside USB port?
