HC now asked TRAI to submit those calculation about how they calculated NCF cost Max 130 ?

In TRAI tariff order TAI did not showed calculation, it only said NCF Max Rs 130 is combination of two cost factor chs carrying cost(Rs80) + Subscribers management/billing/backend system cost Rs50. HC now wants that calculation
