TV Vision Limited today in a BSE filing intimated the appointment of Pritesh Rajgor as an additional independent director of the company for a term of 5 years effective today. The board directors of TV Vision has ratified the appointment of Pritesh Rajgor in a meeting held today.

The term of Pritesh Rajgor will run from 24th November, 2020 upto 23rd November, 2025 for a tenure of 5 years upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, subject to approval of members in their meeting.

The company has further affirmed that Pritesh Rajgor is not barred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

Pritesh Rajgor is a practising advocate at the Bombay High Court since 2002 after completing his degree in Commerce and Law. He has practised in many important areas across multiple High Courts, District Courts, Appellate Tribunals, and other various courts in the country apart from having vast experience in handling cases in different jurisdictions.
