Airtel Xstream Box receives a price cut of Rs 499

Bharti Telemedia’s DTH arm Airtel Digital TV has slashed the price of its new Airtel Xstream connection from Rs 2,499 to Rs 2,000 under a limited period offer. 

The new price is applicable across all new connection requests for the Airtel Xstream hybrid Android set-top box placed online through Airtel’s website or offline via authorized dealers. 

The company has reduced the price by Rs 499 keeping the free complimentary offers the same. New customers of Xstream Box will also get 1-year Disney+ Hotstar, 3 months Amazon Prime, SonyLIV, ErosNow, Hungama and more OTT subscriptions at no extra cost. 

After placing the request for a new connection, users will get a confirmation call and Airtel technicians will visit their given address for installation and activation of the STB. The connection price includes the cost of the Airtel Xstream Set-Top Box, the outdoor unit (dish antenna, wire), the remote, delivery and installation. 

In order to access OTT apps and online content on STB, you have to keep your Airtel DTH account active with a recharge of minimum Network Capacity Fee (NCF) i.e. Rs 153 per month.
