The channels which are available in complimentary package is having the old carriage deal n for this Ts giving them as Free to all Subscribers

All old deals are cancelled w.e.f 28 dec 2018. As per law old deal cannot continue in new era so New deal came into effect 29 dec 2018. So all 192 chs which are in complementary packs are having zero carriage fee basically free ride.

LCN as well fee for DPOs to include their channel in their customised packs.Few FTA channel head also talked about competition among channels to be in 100 channel BST by paying carriage fee.

If TS is putting a ch in 192 FTA pack then all 192 has 100% penetration so obviously no carriage fee. Other FTA chs which we needs to subscribe separately are the one who will pay carriage fee at 20p per box until they reach 20% subscribers. I don't see what's placement fee here

And regarding 100 BST, subscribers are free to modify those 100 FTA so why will a ch pay fee if his ch is removed by subscribers from that 100 list
