Airtel HD DvR box stuck in software

Can anybody help me. My set box z stuck in 0 % download.

Its restart everytime and say downloading software.... Stb waits for signals

that means your set top box not receive a signal. call to technician or u also try it. if signal quality is good after that software upload automatically. :k
