Dish location should be changed, Encryption can be updated as per their needs.

Encryption can be changed n updated. Dish Location will be changed only for ADTV users . It'll a huge gain for both DTH Users whereas ADTV users will get more channels which are currently unavailable.

Both Tata Play And Airtel Uses NDS And Irdeto Encryption On Most Of The Boxes,

Android Boxes Of Both DTHs Uses Only Irdeto,

So Encryption Won't Be An Issue, In Fact The Manufacturer For Most Of Their STBs Are Same,,,,

At least this merger won’t be as disastrous as Vodafone Idea or Dish TV/d2h, which may be a reason why only successful companies’ mergers are being approved and not struggling ones.

It is their job to prevent monopolistic situation not to judge and approve merger, acquisitions based on which will be successful and which won't
