At least this merger won’t be as disastrous as Vodafone Idea or Dish TV/d2h, which may be a reason why only successful companies’ mergers are being approved and not struggling ones.
True...... Until Sky was their partner they had great tech innovations, good product quality and even transmission quality was lot good....since Sky exited i feel Tata was not able to continue with same level of tech brilliance hence we have seen things going downhill from that point on
