In TVTN bouquet, 5 channels are present. 2 Aaj Tak, 2 Tezz & 1 India today. Are they trying to increase channel count?

Airtel clearly broke the broadcasters bouquets.
According to TRAI, if any channels are unavailable DPOs shouldn't offer the bouquet or else they should decrease MRP.

Now i guess Even Airtel's own packs too will be costly.
