These Pop Ups r normal feature , at start time of a program on any channel EPG banner automatically shows up

Never ever it happened like this. on 5th Dec it happened at 10PM when Sony channels were being re-added.

Sometimes it might not happen on certain channels but it's an embeded feature in software, banner pops up at start time of any program listed on EPG of channel being viewed
