I don't see any cloud in sky, and there was no rain from yesterday to till now. On top of that he clearly said that loss of signal is bcoz of maintenance activity is going on in his post

bro i also facing this issue yesterday only i have going to realign the antenna & but saw the climate it's very cloudy so need to realign the dth & also i have contact cc regarding this issue cc told me first please check ur weather condition many customers facing this issue

i said no weather issue in Kolkata. No rain, no dense cloud. It's just overcast :k
