4 Packs? Where have they mentioned?

I think it could be 3 packs,

1. All Tamil, English & Sports in SD at Rs 125 (TN specific pack - LCO might round it off to Rs 150).
2. All available channels in SD (Other regional language channels Add-On).
3. All available SD & HD Channels (HD Channels Add-On).

Though the STB's are free, LCO will collect minimum Rs 250 (Rs 200 + Rs 36 tax + Rs 14 round-off by LCO) as activation charge per connection.

Thanks for the images. I was searching for this news on all tamil news channels but couldn't find so thought non one covered this news. Good to know Polimer (owner of VK Digital) at-least covering this news though Arasu is their competitor.
