Lets hope dth operators in tn also launch special packs to counter this, otherwise many will move to cable. That rs 175 pack is very good with sports and eng mov,

I dont think they have to as they seem to be either almost same as Arasu if not lower than Arasu. I was actually disappointed to see Arasu's packs as SCV Diamond (Rs 273 incl of tax), VK Digital SD Pack (Rs 250 incl of tax), TCCL SD Pack (Rs 250 incl of tax), and Arasu's 225 (Rs 266 inc of tax) are almost the same.

I have no idea if DTH people would return back to Local Cable under these packs, hope DTH subscribers clarify this.

Is DTH way costlier than Arasu? But if one has 2nd & 3rd Tv's will DTH be still costlier as Local cable would mostly charge same price for all TV's?
