Considering Analogue in Chennai, Arasu's list is awesome that too for Rs 150 (Rs 125 + 23 tax + 2 roundoff) we can get over 180 Channels (around 70 Tamil channels). And of people are ready to spend Rs 210 (Rs 175 + 32 tax + 3 roundoff) they can have almost all sports channels and many English GEC & Movies (though not all). This is definitely a decent list for both the Chennai subscribers and LCO's.
Arasu should have brought all the English, (both FTA & Pay) channels within Rs 175 pack. May be LCO's suggested these packs & pricing to Arasu so both Arasu & LCO find a win-win status. Yet, i wasn't surprised with this pack.

I personally wont have DAS without CNN, Zee Cafe & Star World as i'm addicted to them. But if my LCO forces me then i might go with 225 pack as i have no choice.
I think SCV can now easily give a good competition as it offers free STB and might reduce their packs slightly to retain their LCO's and get some from VK too. Mostly my LCO might move back to SCV if their packs are cheaper.
I have no idea if DTH people would return back to Local Cable under these packs, hope DTH subscribers clarify this.
