Asianet HD Top up Deactivated But Still Channel Getting.

Hi Brothers
I am calling the cc to know about why I am still getting asianet hd free but the executive think I want to remove asianet hd and they remove it and I am got the message also that asianet hd has been deactivated from my a/c and I am check it on the self care and asianet hd foc is removed.
But I am still getting asianet hd so I called CC again and executive confirm that asianet hd is free for me thats why I am getting asianet hd even the top up is removed.

AXN HD free preview ended for me.But still I am getting Asianet HD.I think Airtel forget to deactivate the free service.
