hello buddies, now i also joined tatasky :hd gang here in ddf.
what we say in hindi "laut k buddhu ghar ko aye" so im back to tatasky after using d2h for 3 years, really feeling happy  

first before reviewing some points what i'm missing in t(s :-
1. rf remote: in 3 years with d2h i changed remote only once that too in warranty, so for me it became habbit to use remote without showing direction towards stb.
2. channel hidding function and favorites: channel which we dont watch or unsubscribed irritates us whenever we navigate channels but if ts increases favorites counts to 100 then it will be ok, no need to hide channel will set them as favorites.

other then above two points tatasky dont have any drawback, what matter is quality and now they also have quantity so enjoying my new tatasky HD

now let me start review
SD channels PQ is just amazing :luv the best we can get, to me it looks like upscaled feeds thanks to d2h worst sd pq  :lol
HD channels pq is at par or a bit inferior  :-/ as compared to d2h dont know, it may be due to superior sd pq so my eyes may not able to see much of difference or i need to change tv picture setting. but still sometime i feel ts has a edge ovr d2h.
nothing need to say much abt sd aq we all know it is far far better than d2h, i didnt like dd+ sound though my tv speakers support dd sound and also audio level is not equalised so sudden a low volume in one channel and high in another one.

in scale of ten my ratings are:
sd pq 9.5
hd pq 8.5
sd aq 8
hd aq 7
overall 8.5

i got very gud deal means what i wanted, my box is huawei one mfgrd 12/2015
few actve services like music, fun learning, smart games, cooking and english are given free for 1month, also kids showcase channels and one showcase title free

did you ever tried to call them or tried to mailed their local nodal officer :wall :wall

how can you judge the customer service only based on email and chat service :s
