Seeking Help Binge+ Channels problem

when i checked signal test, the signal stength and signal quality automatically dropped. look like they are updating the binge+ servers or some maintanance going on

Then they should have properly informed to us. Without informing all of us are confused at these moment

Channels get black out after some time.

I called cc At 4.30Pm at that time they don,t know about the issue they said they can only take complaint.

Also I called a technician before calling CC he had come and check lnb then there was no issue.

Same here brother I thought it's my box problem but hotstar and other ott works fine.

Update:

CC said there is some technical issue with the stb and their team is working to fix the same. CC said to wait for 2 hours.

i called CC, she told me that some up-gradation work is going on. it will take some time.
