Booked a brand new Sun Direct HD with Recording

Still the connection has not been fixed up. I dont know whats happening with Sun Direct. I have booked it on last wednesday.

The Same Thing Happened For Me When It Installed In My Uncle Home Even Though I Booked With Local Shop SD Connection

I booked it directly by visiting their Kolkata head office. I am fed up. I wait for two more days or else I go for some other option. But I like Sun Direct very much, So I shall go to the higher level to fix up my connection.

Anirudha bro really I am fed up. I wait for two more days or else I go for some other option. I am really really frustrated.
 
Saket bro, I am really fed up. What kind of service is this ? I have booked my connection on 23/07/2014. I had selected Package - ROI HD Value Plus Pack. One free Regional Pack - Bengali. I have given them just a token amount. Rest I shall pay post my connection gets fixed up. Everyday they are telling tomorrow it will be done, but not yet it has been done. I really had a good feeling about Sun Direct. Infact in every dth forum where I am member I used to shout a lot for my favourite dth. But this kind of response is pathetic & it is forcing me to shift to another dth soon.
 
Please somebody reply and help me. Where are mods & admin team ? What should I do in this case ?

Here The Issue With That Dealer Or Retailer Really Its Ridiculous Thing If Possible Talk To Nodal Officer
