Buddy i am just regular customer unkike what u and some other members think about me... Yes by God's grace my observation, decoding, analysis, research skills r strong so i see myself to be an informed and responsible customer..... I always try to reach out senior team of broadcasters and operators to convey important feedback coupled with proper reasoning why implementation / adoption of the same will be beneficial to both customers and company.

Already i have passed on feedback about favorite channel and many other things to their senior team,many things r being worked upon and gradually be rolled out.... Please wait for some more time as certain things need to be done in a sequence and without one the other stands stalled

Hi bro please escalate hdr issue,as it is always on or off,it should be adaptative so that the picture quality will be better.
Now non hdr channels doesn't look good if we keep hdr in auto mode,if we switch it off we cannot see star 4k

I am not satisfied with the picture quality of the SD chanels , even not getting Dolby audio when connected through tv..I have asked my friend to give me his xstream 3 box to try..will see

Even they have removed those picture settings (sharpness ,brightness etc) in xstream 4..I feel too much cost cutting in xstream 4
