Can't record two programs

Hi all,

I am facing a problem in recording two channels at a time.

Scenario:

I am watching Sab TV from 8pm to 8:30pm and I have setup recording by time feature from 8pm to 8:30pm of Sab Tv and from 8pm to 8:30pm of Star Plus.

But it shows "Recording conflicts", though I am watching one being recorded and no third channel.

And if I press record button on remote to record both channels at that time and watch one, then it will record. So, there is some problem with "Record by time" feature.

Any help is appreciated.

You can record one and watch another
You can record two and watch one of them, third is not possible
