Can't view MTV Indies HD in New South Gold Sports Pack

Hello,

I have subscribed to New South Gold Sports with HD access, but i don't see Mtv Indies HD channel, though it is part of the package.Called customer care said they will arrange for a technician visit.I declined.Any idea as to why it shows E-16 error?

E-16 error means recharge error but i dont understand why cc say that technician visit.

Yes , for me also it's happened

When I activated South Silver Sports pack with HD Access

I got all channels except

Star Sports :hd 1,2,3

1) Called to CC

2) Technician came verified that those are not coming

3) He called his D2H local office & they did something there.....

Channels came.... & he gone

(technician visit is free if you are Warranty Period - or else we have to pay him for this)

Why are they sending technicians to verify channels are not coming?? looks more like a cheap way of stealing money from the subscribers....
