Channels getting change automatically

Dont misunderstand, this problem is not for TS, all channels are working fine on TS. But in fta mpeg2 stb showing no signal on this tp. This is dd direct's stb. But see sun dth's HD tp signal from insat 4b also no signal [mpeg2 stb cant scan mpeg4 tp]
