t was a night of honor for CNN-IBN at the 11th Indian Television Academy Awards as it continued its winning streak. CNN-IBN was also awarded with the Best English News Channel for the fifth time in the last six years at the Indian Television Academy Awards 2011
CNN-IBN also bagged four other prestigious awards :Rajdeep Sardesai: Best Anchor - News/Current Affairs Show ,Cyrus Broacha: Best Actor Comedy for The Week That Wasn’t , 30 Minutes: Best TV Documentary and Secret Kitchen: Best Cookery Show
Commenting on the occasion Rajdeep Sardesai, Editor-in-Chief, CNN-IBN, IBN7 & IBN-Lokmat, said, “The award is a testament of the hard work, passion and drive of the entire CNN-IBN team.
