'It was further proposed that distributors of television channels would charge a monthly rental amount of maximum Rs. 130/- (excluding taxes) per month from a subscriber for subscribing a network capacity of 100 SD channels'
page 34,35 clause 50
This is also not written anywhereThis means DPO can keep NCF for per channel based and not fixed
This is also not written anywhere
NCF Documents of In Digital & HathwayIf its not written, how is fastway charging NCF on per channel basis ??? And see all MSO/DTH who have released FTA packs, they have stated Rs 130 for 100+ FTA channels in BST, and that is not mandatory for a users to opt for. If i want i can take 1 Pay channel and pay the channel price + NCF for that 1 channel
@Siva bro pls can u quote the clause TRAI order where DPO can charge NCF per channel/pack wise
100 initial channels & 130 max is what is officially mentioned, 1.3 for 1SD channel is a logical division agreed but is not mentioned anywhere.Aree bhai, thats for 100 SD channels bro, not if someone wants less than 100 why should he pay Rs 130 ??? 100 SD channel is just a cap made by TRAI so that DPO understand it better, but subscribers are getting confused.
Say Rs 1.3 for 1 SD channel and Rs 2.6 for 1 HD channel.
