Has broadcaster stopped showing the advt about their packs??? Not seen since today evening

He can be wrong also. What fastway has done is correct, Why should a person who wants just 10 channels pay Rs 130 or Rs 100 ??? does it make sense ???
Fastway has just made the pre 100 channel and post 100 channel NCF uniform, according to TRAI order the upper limit of NCF for first 100 channels is 130 rs which works out to be 1.3 rs per channel and beyond 100 it is 20 rs per 25 channels which works out to be 0.8 rs per channel. Since these are the upper limits, Fastway has chosen to charge the lower of the two values even for the first 100 channels so it can just broadly say that its per channel NCF is 0.8 rs. Now to give an example of how Fastway will implement the NCF in the actual service provision, if a subscriber chooses to subscribe to just 5 free to air or paid SD channels above the 25 mandatory DD channels he will have to pay a NCF of 80+GST, if the subscriber chooses to subscribe to 100 SD channels including the mandatory DD channels he will still have to pay 80+GST as NCF, if the subscriber wishes to subscribe to 101 free or paid SD channels including the mandatory ones then he will pay 100+GST and if he selects 125 SD channels including the mandatory ones he will still have to pay 100+GST as NCF. So the NCF will always be charged slab wise, what Fastway is advertising is just a representation of how much it will work out for you on a per channel basis.

Some explanation published in ET:

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s (Trai) new tariff order and regulatory framework for the broadcast sector is kicking in from December 29, 2018. But what does it mean for the consumer? Will your cable bill cost more? Will there be a blackout of TV channels? What will be the impact on TV broadcasters and cable and DTH operators? ET in the Classroom tries to answer all these questions and clears the air on the new order.

Will there be a blackout of all TV channels? Trai tariff order explained

Strangely none of the DTH websites are updated with new TRAI guidelines, NCF, RIO, A-La-Carte rates, Broadcaster packs.... With just 2 days remaining.

Update: Dish TV and D2H have uploaded A-La-Carte rates of Pay and FTA base pack

I think they are not willing to implement TRAI's guidelines don't know why It feels like nothing will happen on 29th and this would be postponed to some other date

TRAI has not given any extension, they are only making a migration plan so that consumers dont get impacted. All DTH are saying that wef 29th DEC new TRAI tariff will be implemented, but then why websites not updated. looks like they are waiting till last day.
