Until the current plan is active we can enjoy freebies. So, ill delay the process to migrate to new packs as long as possible.

We can demand that TRAI should have imposed a limit of amount a DTH or Cable system can charge from subscriber but instead they started with high base rate with ample scope of billing if you are a multilingual viewer .

Have you read the trai paper bro ? It seems no.

What makes you think that they have done that without clarification considering the whole process have gone through judicial review. The information you are demanding are already mentioned in that paper how trai arrive that Rs130 . Pls read the paper

If somebody says that Cable operators were manipulating subscriber numbers then the solution is in technology not in this rocket science.

Subscribers number underreported is not the reason why new rules are made, new rules are made so that broadcaster and dpo fight never happen over fixed deal amount and no technology can help you to get the valuation right. Example Sony wants the valuation of their chs at 1700 crore but TS calculate it at 800 crore. So dispute aries and as a result blackout. And it's not the only case as we saw Star vs almost all DPO fight earlier before IPL

in 3 months all these channels won't go above Rs.5-10 in ala carte.
 
Now, if I want to have all channels in my South Platinum HD pack on Tata Sky post implementation of TRAI regulation, what should I do?

Yes this always has been a bone of contention between operators and broadcasters.
 
What if I take annual HDAF in TS I will be safe from TRAI order for 1 year
