DDF Exclusive d2h channels will b available in dishtv stb from now from d2h satellite direction ST2

This is where the service of dish tv irritates. What is the point in having those channels only for nxt customers? Old customers are equally important like new customers. The same update why don't they release it for hd customers? Got the template reply from CEO CC, concern team has been intimated. We are paying the same price for tamil bonanza but not getting those extra channels. They should provide the nxt box free bcoz we have paid already for normal box. The nodal in tn is worst he won't pick calls or reply to the mail. Anyway to contact appellate?

Dish TV has millions of customers and it is not possible for them to align all the dishes overnight. It involves a lot of manpower and is a time consuming affair considering the magnitude of the job. They do it in a phased manner starting with NXT HD boxes. Slowly they will do it for other boxes. Have patience.

There are many people who can realign by self...they should have support them by releasing Update...And Are they stopping giving new connectiins?.. @profsathya bro it may take more than 3months.Better u forgot abt it or try to get nxt box.

Maheswar bro, there is no issue of patience.We are ready to wait and waited for this nearly 2 years.The problem is they are providing particular date if not possible atleast month whether this will be done that will be fine (like chennai in may 1st week , trichy 2nd week like that)
Without plan they cant achieve this.Top Management surely have plans but it is not informed properly to customers through cc.
In TS , they changed MPEG2 to MPEG4 set boxes and for me cc specified this week it will be done and they completed the same on that week free of cost. That professionalism only we are expecting. Customer base is huge should not be a reason for this...
