It is not a bug the customer care people told me that they received updates to make 100 channels mandatory

Not an issue or bug they've waived off NCF for channels chosen other than these mandatory channels.
MAX NCF is 153.

Are you sure about this, 0_1? I am not saying you are wrong but did they specifically tell you that or are you simply inferring it from the cost shown?

If so, they should publicize it. Because they might suddenly one day decide now NCF applies. And then deduct massive charges equivalent to the extra channels + gst. Then we won't know since no one checks the account info often.

They are charging for the 100 mandatory channels they have chosen for us and additional NCF for every free channel we choose
