In Kerala in many areas digital cable stop during power cut.Also during raining season with lightning cable will not be available for 10-36 hours many times due to time for changing lightning damaged signal amplifiers.

Also the signal producing end turn off signal from 11:30 pm to 5:30 am every day for giving rest to their equipments.

Yes i agree with you.i was having digital cable connection.when i have to see any night football matches like uefa champions league then there was no signal of cable.this happened only during the night

Nw i am using dth.bt my cable operator is telling me that they will introduce 800 channels for 500 rs per month
