Seeking Help DTH

Guys iam using Airtel dth one year all is OK but sd box lg tv is in standard mode but image quality of Airtel is too big so not able to see full view but in HD it's OK I have asked Airtel engineer but he said some old tvs view image too short but in bigger tv mean the videoimage is ok so I can go to my older dth dish tv the video image is fine in their any body help me
