I think this channel is missing in Sun Jackpot topup also. Maybe he can try adding Tamil lifetime free topup from cc.
Anyway you should write an email to airtel stating you are not getting this channel with all necessary topups and they will surely help you. In the meantime try adding Tamil free topup from cc.

No luck... Spoke to nodal team as well. They are saying that Aditya is not applicable to this pack.

Tried adding Lifetime pack too... No luck
