I Wanted To Know About Something.
My Friend Wants To Make A Website For His Restaurant.
1) Is SSL Certificate Necessary For A Website With Payment Gateway?
2)Should He Opt For Privacy Protection Or Business Protection?
And Any Other Advice?
Actually It Is A Tier 3 City So He Is A Bit Hesitant To Invest 25-30K Straight Away
He's Thinking Of Making A Website By Himself And Then See The Response.
1. Yes, SSL is must for end-to-end encryption on payment gateways.

2. What kind of privacy protection do you mean? He would be sharing address of his restaurant anyways to his customers, so does that really needed?

By Privacy I Mean On The Whois Directory, Where I Guess Your Name As Well As Your Address(Not Of Business) Is Listed
