i am using Samsung J5 mobile phone. there are one apps " Goodle Play Service" in applications. There are showing in apps
Total : 201MB
Application : 131MB
Data : 71 MB
Cache : 2 MB
kindly let me know can i clear data 71MB . if i clear this data, then any effect on my phone (on Apps or Data in mobile) or not.
is there any harm to clear data?

No harm bro, your application's data & cache both will cleared. In games your records & stats will removed if you did this but this is music player only, no problem for this.
Only harm if you stored online songs in that
