Bishnu means Lord Shiva.

According to Hindu Mythology, there are main 3 supreme power, Bramha, Bishnu and Maheshwar. Bishnu means Narayan, husband of Lakshmi Devi, Maheshwar means Lord Shiv. But yes, all three are the same, but the form is different.
