I am not getting the newly added HD channels (TLC, BBC earth etc.). These were supposed to be free for all till Mar 14? Call to customer care also did not help, as usual.

Worst is these are not even part of HD mypack.

its on free preview till March 14th. after that it will be included in HD Add-on packs.

If you have HD Identification topup u will get these channels now. check this topup is included in ur account
