try heavy refresh from self-care

Can't. Submit button does nothing in heavy refresh option!!

Looks like airtel and times now are joining hands to stop people from viewing Republic tv.

bro I am not sure it's there or not but as per ADTV Website  it's not there, only 5 channels there and republic not there.

Heavy Refresh not working for me recently any change in steps to do heavy refresh Like switching on or off STB.

I don't have my Registered mobile its with my Dad we have to keep STB on Standby or ON during Heavy Refresh.I did it few months back now not able to do.

Bro, sms HR to 54325, stb needs to be switched on while doing so. you can refresh by self Care or by calling CC also from any mobile.

tell him to msg. Keep the STB ON for next 10 to 15 min
