My Airtel HD set top box freezes or hangs sometimes. It doesn't respond to any buttons in the remote. I have to power off the STB and start again. Have anyone faced this issue.? Wat should be done??

Replace the STB.

New HD+ connection Box and upgrade (SD to HD) Box r same???


[Cause I upgrade SD to HD charge Rs 599 and got HD+ box with 1080i resulation

And My Bro brought new HD connection at rs 1500 Got HEVC BOX with 1080p resulation]


Is airtel giving new hd connection with HDVC box and upgrade customer to normal HD+ Box ?????

May be HD Upgrade box stock is in Not HEVC box in ur dealer.i think Newly HD upgrade box come in HEVC.
