how to remove a HD topup??
web-Portal not showing any HD topup. app showing HD topup but as usual no remove option are there.,
calling CC, but 15 min gone, No one answered...
now what options left? Email???

For me the easiest method is to to login in selfcare normally and then go to old version of site with this link : Airtel Login : Pay Airtel Bill Online - Login Airtel My Account
But it seems to not work for other. You can also try REM topup**** SMS method.
