That is really weird. Tell that you want to exercise your right to choose any plan of your choice as per provisions of TRAI and DoT, India. If they disagree, tell them you will report to TRAI.

TRAI mandates that there should be an "ala-carte" pack for all subscribers, and MyPlan99 is airtel's way of implementing it, so they cant deny.
