Right now we can create new pack in 4 ways.
1) through STB,998 channel.
2) My Airtel App
3) Airtel Website Selfcare
4) call CC and ask them to change pack(give details which channels you want, they will make the pack)
try first which is better comfortable to you,then next

call cc & activate ur desired channels in on call the best way

I think 1 is the worst way for pack change request .. 2 & 4 are the best of best

I choose my pack 3 or 4 times from lcn 998. But activated then I choosed my pack from app then activated. But many channels missing in app. Star zee sony HD pack missing UTV HD star gold select HD missing and many more channels or pack missing
