Really Its Annoying from Airtel Side these days. Need to check accounts everyday.
they adding whatever the packs they want(free or priced) and making NCF high and some times like the above and charging rudely.
Every time when we question, they simply say its bug, how many days these bugs.
If customer not aware and not checked account for few days, his account balance will be nil

For me also Surya HD, Udaya HD channels are activated multiple times and also NCF is charged for Free Bundles packs too.

Airtel loose their profit due to Jio so now they are plan to recover by fraud.
