In ADTV . Is there any lock in period for ala carta pay channels ?

Yup but if you make change u have to wait 15 mins so change is updated in system then you can make new change.

These are just sum of the Ala-Carte rates so there'll be nothing good in it.
It's good for them who want all the channels of a particular language. They don't need to select each & every channel instead they can just select a topup.
SD is not charging for Sun channels that's why their packs looks cheap.

When it will be made available is the question? even though the circular says from 25/04/2019. Is there any pack like tata sky tamil lite for 46 inclusive of gst in airtel digital ?

There are 3 packs for Tamil. Tamil lite, Tamil FTA and tamil all pay channels I guess. But there's nothing for hd.
