Yes, I have an NDTV add-on and it is charged at 10 rupees a month. So thats the purpose of recharge.

Again, will recharging with 100 rupees thru Amazon Pay offer hamper my old scheme LDP/ARP because I recently read somewhere on DDF that on recharging, Airtel is changing customers to new scheme.

That's different issue for UPP amount recharge whereas if u recharge 100 , 200 etc.. then no issues

On LCN 121 Star India actors r promoting airtel digital tv while not so long back Zee actors were promoting Tata Sky in their promotional campaign. Star and Zee r now close siblings, maybe they will bring airtel and tata sky too closer like they united in battle against TRAI
